User Account Registration: In order for you to use parts of the Site and/or Services, you will have to complete a registration form and create a user account (a “User Account”). Payment Information: We do not collect or store any financial information. We contract with Stripe Payments Canada, Inc. (“Stripe”) to perform all payment processing on our behalf. Any financial information you provide through the Services is being provided directly to Stripe and Stripe’s use of such information is governed by their then-current privacy policy, which is located here.

Non-Provision of Information: Please note that you can choose not to provide us with certain Personal Identifiable Information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of all of the Services.

  1. Non-Personally Identifiable Information

From time to time, we may also ask you to provide us with non-personally identifiable information, that is, data that is not intended to allow us to identify you personally, such as your first name, birthday and topics of interest,. This information may be aggregated and used for our internal purposes or for creating reports for third-party advertisers and partners, or otherwise shared with third parties for any lawful purpose, without your permission. No third party is intended to be able to know who you are as a result of the use of this information.

We also may automatically collect Site and/or Service usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of users of the Site and/or Services, pages visited and similar data. This data is used in the aggregate, that is, as a statistical measure, and not in a manner that is intended to identify you personally. This aggregate information helps Innovexa determine general usage patterns and modify the Services in order to improve your experience. In addition to our use of non-personally identifiable information as described herein, we may permit certain third-party companies to help us tailor advertising that we think may be of interest to you based on your use of the Site and/or Services and to otherwise collect and use non-personally identifiable data about your use of the Site and/or Services. 

  1. Passive Gathering of Information Electronically receives and store certain types of information whenever you interact with the Site or the Services, including cookies and web beacons. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
