Nick:
Alrighty, so I'm back here with one of my clients, Mr. Gregory O'Gallagher. Gregory, it's been a minute since we've been working on your project and your business. What happened?

Gregory O'Gallagher:
Well, so I guess one of the bottlenecks was I was working with a team and they were kind of running the company, running the show over in Colorado. Since then I've taken control of the company, so I have a lot more power. And I basically started with a brand new offer, completely new offer, was the Movie Star Body Program. And in just the first month we launched, we did 400K in profit US, and then that was with the big launch, and now we've been building the funnel, running ads, and we're at the point where we're doing 12K daily and we're not even spending much on ads right now. We're spending about a grand on ads. And so this thing is just going like crazy. So-

Nick:
What was the biggest thing with working with me?

Gregory O'Gallagher:
The key, really it's about getting very targeted on your offer, being very, very simplistic, getting rid of all the distractions and really figuring out what is your messaging? What are you really doing? And then really letting that copy and the sales process follow that methodology. But a lot of times working with Nick, it's like, what not to do.

Nick:
Yeah.

Gregory O'Gallagher:
Because when you are an entrepreneur and everything, there's opportunities everywhere. People, there's a million things you can sell and do. And when you follow those little, when you chase those rabbits, you ended up catching none, like like the old Chinese [inaudible 00:01:35] .

Nick:
The old saying is you chase two rabbits, you catch none. I have a little bit more aggressive saying. If you chase two rabbits, you're fucked.

Gregory O'Gallagher:
I like that one better. So it's really been just simplifying, dialing down, bringing the core of what my customers want and what their transformation is. And it's been ... Honestly with Nick, we've just started great.

Nick:
Greg's a superstar. It only took him a few moves.

Gregory O'Gallagher:
A few moves, yeah. Yeah. The frustration was when I had this big team running things and it was just this million moving parts, but nothing was getting done and I wasn't really in control. And then once I got control and started working with Nick, it's just been like lights out. There's things are just, the sky's the limit. And I'm pumped because we just got some sick, Nick helped me with some sick ads and some sick coffee and so we have some really awesome ads that are about to drop. And so I think the real growth is right around the corner.

Nick:
Oh yeah.

Gregory O'Gallagher:
Then we have to get some new Lambos.

Nick:
We have the couple new cars.

Gregory O'Gallagher:
I have to get a Toronto Lambo and LA Lambo. You know what Nick, I got to say, I've worked with tons of different consultants and business coaches. And I trust you more than anyone. Like your shit fucking works. It just, everyone else, I don't want to consult with anyone else. I can't. Nick is just like, boom. He's like a fucking surgeon. He goes into your business. And he said, we're going to pull this shit out. You know, we got to, he just, he just, he can bring-

Nick:
Because if you make somebody money, then they trust you. You make somebody profit. The whole name of the name of the game.

Gregory O'Gallagher:
And you're very ... You can see, you hear the story and then you can already figure out the whole situation. This guy is wow. Like I don't even have to, I can tell him fucking, I can talk for two minutes. And then he already knows the whole context.

Gregory O'Gallagher:
And he's like, "You got to do this." I'm like, "Fuck. How do you know that?" So it's crazy. I don't know if there's anyone else in the world that's on his level for building your company, building a SaaS company. If you're in fitness, don't use him. He's not good in fitness. He doesn't know the fitness stuff. So don't even worry.
